Clearing your debt
Payment in full:
Payment Plan:
If you cannot pay in full, ARP Enforcement can work with you to establish a payment schedule that suits your financial situation. Please complete our payment plan request form.
Financial Hardship:
If you're facing severe financial difficulties, you may be eligible for reduced payments or even a temporary pause on enforcement action while you seek support. Please complete our Financial Statement form to help us better understand your situation.
Vulnerability:
If you feel you may be in a vulnerable situation and would benefit from additional support, please complete our Debt and Vulnerability Questionnaire. This will help us better understand your circumstances and work towards a solution that reduces stress and meets your needs.

Formal Debt Solutions:
If you're in a financial crisis, there are options beyond clearing your debt directly with ARP Enforcement. You may wish to explore formal debt solutions such as an Individual Voluntary Arrangement (IVA), a Debt Relief Order (DRO), or bankruptcy. We would encourage you to seek free and confidential advice from one of the many trusted debt charities that can guide you through your options.
If you would like to discuss any of the above directly with a member of our team, please contact us on 01842 756440 (Monday to Friday, 9am – 4:30pm), or email us at arpenforcement@angliarevenues.gov.uk
